We want everyone to enjoy their time at Deer Run Golf Course and have established course rules to promote safety, responsibility, and fun for all levels of golf. Please read the following list and if you need any clarification contact the clubhouse.
- All play begins on Hole #1 unless the Clubhouse has given permission otherwise.
- Repair ball marks, fairway divots, and rake sand traps.
- Allow faster groups to play through.
- No more than 4 golfers per group.
- Illinois liquor law requires all refreshments must be purchased from the Clubhouse.
- Stay on cart paths as much as possible. Always keep carts 30 ft. from the green and out of roped-off areas.
- USGA Rules govern all play unless amended by a local rule.
- All water hazards are played as lateral.
- White stakes are out of bounds.
- All yardage markers are measured to center of green.
- Dress code strictly enforced.
